一、基本情况

2010年本科毕业于南京大学物理系,2014年博士毕业于香港大学物理系,2014.12-2015.10于香港大学物理系做助理研究员,2016.03正式入职太阳成集团61999。

二、主要研究领域及学术成果

研究方向:(1)薄膜表面特征及机理研究;(2)二维材料的相关光、电、磁特性;(3)多场调控低维异质结。

学术成就:主持国家自然科学项目一项,发表SCI论文20余篇,其中作为第一或通讯作者发表论文10余篇,包括一区期刊Carbon(影响因子7.08)、Advanced Electronic Materials (影响因子6.3)2篇,二区专业顶级期刊Applied Physics Letters, Physical Review B等6篇。至今,已指导研究生发表SCI一、二区论文3篇。2017年获苏州市紧缺人才项目资助,2018年获江苏省教育科学研究成果奖三等奖(排名第一),2019年获太阳成集团61999青年标兵。
